When can I expect my order?

Apparel items are produced as ordered. Standard production time is 10 working days.

Where will my order be shipped & will I be charged freight?

Orders will be shipped to the shipping address entered on your order. Free freight will be offered for orders shipping to the Topeka office location. All other deliveries will be charged standard UPS or USPS rates.

Can I return my item?

To provide maximum selection, the site is an on demand platform. Your apparel or accessory will enter production at the time of your order. We do not allow returns or exchanges based on size or color preference. Items will be exchanged for defect or error at no cost.

Can I wear my apparel item to work?

Employees are expected to wear clothing that is appropriate for the work to be performed.

I received a gift card. How do I use it?

After making your item selections, proceed to check out. When you reach the page for payment options you can choose credit card payment or gift card. Select gift card and enter the code you were given. If there is a remaining balance on you gift card it will be held in your account for future use. If your order is greater than the amount of your gift card, you can enter a credit card to pay for the balance due.

I added PPE and job site items to my cart but I don't see them. Where did they go?

The MCP Apparel store is separate from the PPE/Jobsite store. You must complete checkout for PPE/Jobsite items on the main Core Store site. Your order will be charged to a valid job number. The MCP Apparel store is for personal apparel purchases only and will be paid for with a credit card or gift card.

I can't remember my password, what can I do?

Return to the Sign On screen. Click I Need to Reset My Password directly before the Log In button. You will receive an email with password reset instructions. Still having issues? Contact Chelsey Godinez for assistance.
